Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effect of two different chemotherapy regimens in triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) patients who have relapsed after anthracycline and taxane therapy. Methods A total of 60 patients with TNBC who had relapsed after anthracycline and taxane treatment in Hebei PetroChina Central Hospital were selected and divided into GP group (gemcitabine combined with cisplatin) and NP group (Changchun Rebine combined with cisplatin) in 30 cases each. Results After treatment, the levels of serum miR-21 and miR-200a in the two groups were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment in the group (P<0.05), and the levels of serum miR-200b in the two groups were significantly increased compared with those before treatment in the group (P<0.05). The decrease of leukocytes and hemoglobin in the NP group during chemotherapy was more serious than that in the GP group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The median tumor progression-free survival time was 34.0 months in the GP group and 28.0 months in the NP group. The median tumor progression-free survival time in the GP group was longer than that in the NP group (P<0.05). Conclusion Gemcitabine combined with cisplatin and vinorelbine combined with cisplatin have little difference in the treatment of TNBC patients with anthracycline and taxane resistance and recurrence, but the former regimen has less toxic and side effects and can effectively prolong tumor progression-free survival time .
