Application of Acupoint Application Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Hot Package in the Recovery of Gastrointestinal Function after Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

Abstract:
Objective To explore the application of acupoint application combined with traditional Chinese medicine hot package in the recovery of gastrointestinal function after laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods 120 patients who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy from August 2020 to June 2021 were selected. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group. 60 cases in each group. After the operation, the control group received routine nursing, and the observation group used acupoint application combined with traditional Chinese medicine hot election package on the basis of routine nursing. The first anal exhaust, defecation time and pain score, postoperative analgesic drug use rate, postoperative nausea and vomiting rate and postoperative hospital stay were compared between the two groups. Results The first anal exhaust, defecation time, pain score, postoperative nausea and vomiting incidence and postoperative hospital stay in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Acupoint application combined with traditional Chinese medicine hot package can effectively promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function of patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy and reduce the postoperative hospitalization time, which is worthy of promotion.
