Abstract:
Objective To explore the implementation method of integrated nursing care mode and its application value in treating diabetic foot (DF) with MEBO and vacuum sealing drainage (VSD). Methods 68 DF patients admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into conventional group (n=34) and integrated group (n=34) by random number table method. Both groups were treated with MEBO combined with VSD. Routine mode nursing and integrated medical care mode nursing were implemented in clinical nursing. The ulcer wound healing effect and clinical symptom improvement effect of the two groups were compared. Results The rate of wound healing in the integrated group was 91.18%, which was higher than 70.59% in the conventional group (P<0.05). The healing time of ulcer wound in the integrated group was (14.25±2.15) d, which was shorter than that in the conventional group (20.17±3.26) d (P<0.05). After intervention, the scores of foot pain, swelling, numbness and claudication in the integrated group were lower than those in the routine group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of integrated medical care model in the treatment of MEBO combined with VSD can effectively improve the symptom improvement effect and ulcer healing effect of DF patients.
