Study on Value of Serum Tumor Markers Combined Detection in Clinical Diagnosis of Liver Cancer

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the value of Cyclin A2 (CCNA2) combined with alpha fetoprotein (AFP), carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA), cancer antigen 199 (CA199) and cancer antigen 724 (CA724) in the clinical diagnosis of primary liver cancer. To screen out the ideal combination of tumor markers and improve the accuracy of liver cancer diagnosis. Methods A total of 68 cases of patients with primary liver cancer diagnosed by imaging, laboratory and pathology in Tianjin Third Central Hospital from October 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the research subjects, as the primary liver cancer group. Another 80 patients with liver disease admitted at the same period were selected as the benign liver disease group, and 80 healthy subjects were selected as the healthy control group. Fasting venous blood (5 mL) was collected from all subjects in the morning. Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to detect serum CCNA2 by Addicare 1100. The serum AFP, CEA, CA199 and CA724 were detected by Roche E801 automatic electroche miluminescence assay and its associated reagents. Statistical analysis was performed with SPSS 26.0 to evaluate the application value of single and combined detection of the above indicators in early PLC diagnosis. Results Serum tumor markers in healthy control group were significantly lower than those in benign liver disease group and primary liver cancer group, which the difference was statistically significant (P<0. 05). Serum tumor markers such as AFP, CEA, CA 199 , CA 724 and CCNA2 were detected in 68 patients with primary liver cancer. The specificity and accuracy of the
