Abstract:
Objective To analyze the action mechanism of Haungqi-Hanggui (HQ-DG) on diabetic foot. Methods To retrieve the TCMSP database and obtain the potential active ingredients of HQ-DG, potential disease targets for diabetic foot ulcers through GeneCards, OMIM, DDT and Drugbank databases. Gene ontology for potential targets using the Metascape platform (gene ontology, GO). Functional enrichment analysis and the Kyoto Encyclopedia of Gene and Genomics (Kyoto encyclopedia of genes and genomes, KEGG). The enrichment analysis building a protein interaction with the String Database and the Cytoscape Software (proteinprotein interaction, PPI) Network and “Drug - Composition - Target - Pathway”network. Results The core diabetes complication signaling, interleukin-17 signaling, TNF signaling pathway and etc. Its function are mainly components of HQ-DG for diabetic foot include MMP9, VEGFA, TNF, IL-6 and CXCL8, which mainly acts on AGE-RAGE proliferation and migration. Conclusion This study reveals the mechanism of HQ-DG in promoting the healing of diabetic foot ulcer via multi-component, multiple target and multiple pathway. It provides directional reference for future research of compound mechanism.
