Observation of Therapeutic Effect of Hemodynamic Correction Surgery and Intracavitary Laser Treating Varicose Veins of Lower Extremities

Abstract:
Objective To compare the effect and recurrence of CHIVA and intractability laser therapy combined with foam Schlesinger agent in the treatment of great saphenous varicose vein. Methods 120 patients with varicose veins of great saphenous vein admitted in our department from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected and randomly divided into CHIVA group and intravenous laser treatment group. After operation, all patients were treated with elastic stockings for 2-3 months. The outpatient follow-up was performed at 6 months and 1 year after surgery. The two groups were compared with complications such as postoperative pain, subcutaneous congestion, incision infection, lower extremity edema, pigmentation, skin burns, deep vein thrombosis (inter muscular) and saphenous nerve injury. Results Postoperative pain, subcutaneous congestion and skin burns in CHIVA were less than those in the laser group, which were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Swelling of lower limbs, pigmentation, deep vein thrombosis and saphenous nerve injury were not statistically significant (P>0.05). The complication rate is low. There were recurrence within 6 months and 1 year after the outpatient follow-up. The recurrence rate of the two groups were less. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of the CHIVA group is better than that of the laser treatment group. It has higher safety and efficacy. Combined with chemotherapy, it can effectively solve the problem of branch vein residual and traffic branch re flux.
