Abstract:
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of TCM external treatment combined with enhanced recovery after surgery to promote the rehabilitation of hepatobiliary surgery patients. Methods 308 patients selected of hepatobiliary surgery were randomly divided into 156 cases in the external treatment group and 152 cases in the control group. The control group received laparoscopic surgery and enhanced recovery after surgery. The external treatment group usedTCM external treatment on the basis of the former. The postoperative bowel sound recovery, first anal exhaust and defecation time, pain score, hospital stay, related complicationswere compared between the two groups. Results The recovery of postoperative bowel sound recovery, first anal exhaust and defecation time in the external treatment group were shorter than those in the control group (P <0.05).Postoperative pain score was better than that of the control group (P <0.05).The hospital stay of patients undergoing liver surgery and pancreatic surgery was shorter than that of the control group (P<0.05), and there was no significant difference in the incidence of related complications (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of TCM external treatment with ERAS in the perioperative period of hepatobiliary surgery can reduce the pain of postoperative patients, promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function and shorten the length of hospital stay. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
