Abstract:
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic radical hepatectomy combined with Fuzheng Jiedu method in patients with primary liver cancer and its in?uence on survival time and tumor markers. Methods 140 patients with primary liver cancer from January 2015 to October 2017 were randomly divided into two groups, which 70 cases in each group. The control group was treated with laparoscopic radical hepatectomy and the observation group was treated with Fuzheng Jiedu method on the basis of the control group. The effect of the patients was evaluated 4 weeks after treatment and the follow-up of 2 years was completed. The short-term efficacy, syndrome score, tumor marker level and survival time of the two groups were compared. Results After 4 weeks of treatment, the short-term treatment ef?ciency of the observation group was 81.43%, which was higher than 54.29% of the control group (P<0.05). The fatigue (0.84±0.21), rib pain (0.91±0.24), anorexia (0.87±0.23), ascites (0.94±0.27) and abdominal distension score (0.63±0.16) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (t=7.192, 5.461, 8.092, 5.738, 7.112, P<0.001). After 4 weeks of treatment, AFP (13.49±1.21) μg/L, CEA (3.22±0.46) ng/mL and CA199 (21.59±3.41) U/L in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (t=5.498, 6.635, 6.223, P<0.001). Conclusion Laparoscopic radical hepatectomy combined with Fuzheng Jiedu method in patients with primary liver cancer can obtain a higher short-term curative effect, reduce the syndrome score and tumor markers level, which is worthy of promotion and application.
