Abstract:
Objective To explore the application effect of nursing measures based on the concept of accelerated recovery after surgery (ERAS) in perioperative and continuous nursing of patients undergoing transurethral holmium laser enucleation of the prostate (HoLEP), optimizing the quality of clinical care. Methods Patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia who underwent transurethral holmium laser prostatectomy for urinary surgery in the second hospital of Tianjin Medical University from January 2019 to June 2019 were selected as research objects, and they were divided into experimental group and control group in chronological order. In the experimental group, 83 cases were given perioperative nursing and extended care in accordance with the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery.82 cases in the control group were given routine nursing during the perioperative and postoperative periods. Then we evaluate different nursing effects. Results In the observation group, the time of the ?rst anal exhaust, the time of the ?rst meal, the time of getting out of bed, the time of urinary indwelling and the length of hospitalization were signi?cantly shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the IPSS score and VAS score were lower than those of the control group and Qmax was higher than that of the control group on the first and fourth day after surgery (P<0.05). The IPSS scores, AUA-SS and QOL were lower than those in the control group at 1 and 3 months postoperative follow-up (P<0.05). The complication rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group, which the difference was statistically signi?cant (P<0.05). Conclusion Applying the concept of ERAS for perioperative and continuous care can improve the postoperative recovery and reduce postoperative complications of HoLE Ppatients, which improves the patients' long-term prognosis and increases the satisfaction degree of nursing care.
