Effect of YiqiSanjie Decoction Combined with ShuganJieyu Capsuleon the Patients with Thyroid Cancer after Operation

Abstract:
Objective To study the effect of YiqiSanjie Decoction combined with ShuganJieyu capsule on the improvement of immune function, life quality and depressed state of patients with thyroid cancer after operation. Methods 60 cases of thyroid cancer patients, according to themethod of random grouping, would be divided into thecontrol group and the treatment group, with each group 30 cases. The control group were treated with Levothyroxine sodium and ShuganJieyu capsule. On the basis, the treatment group added oral administration of YiqiSanjie Decoction. The levels of serum 5-HT, DA, T lymphocyte subsets, depression score and quality of life score were compared. Results At the end of the treatment, the levels of serum 5-HT and DA in the treatment group were significantly improved than those of the control group (P <0.05). Thelevelsof CD3+ and CD4+in the treatment groupwere significantly higher than those of the control group (P <0.05). The levels of HAMD and SDS in the treatment group were obviously lower than those of the control group (P <0.05). And thescores of the quality of life in the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion YiqiSanjie Decoction combined with ShuganJieyu capsule can significantly improve the levels of serum 5-HT and DA of patients with thyroid cancer after operation. It can improve the immune function, reduce depression scores, improve the patient' s depression and quality of their life as well as promote postoperative recovery of patients.
