Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effect of the concept of fast-track surgery on the stress response and cellular immunity in patients undergoing laparoscopic gastric cancer. Methods From June 2017 to June 2018,50 patients with gastric cancer who underwent total laparoscopic radical gastrectomy were randomly divided into the observation group (n =23), and the control group (n =27). The concept of fast-track surgery and traditional surgical measures were adopted respectively. The stress response and cellular immunity of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group had less stress reaction and less influence on cellular immune function after surgery, which the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The concept of fast-track surgery could reduce the stress response of patients after laparoscopic gastric cancer surgery and reduce the influence on cellular immunity.
