血必净减轻重度烧伤患者器官功能损害的临床研究

摘要:

目的:研究血必净对重度烧伤患者的疗效及谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、降钙素原(PCT)水平的影响。方法:选取我院2014 年12 月—2018 年12 月收治的重度烧伤患者102 例，根据治疗方法不同均分为两组。对照组给予补液、创面处理、抗生素等常规对症治疗，观察组在常规对症治疗基础上给予血必净治疗，分析两组患者治疗后的疗效、ALT、AST、PCT、白细胞介素-1(IL-1)、脂质过氧化物(LPO)水平变化及全身炎症反应综合征(SIRS)、多脏器功能障碍综合征(MODS)的发生率。结果:观察组总有效率(82.35%)高于对照组(62.75%)，SIRS 发生率(33.33%)低于对照组(60.78%)，但MODS 发生率(15.69%)与对照组(21.57%)比较，差异无统计学意义(P >0.05)。两组治疗前ALT、AST、PCT、IL-1、LPO 水平差异无统计学意义(P >0.05)。观察组治疗3 天、7d 后的ALT[(95.36±21.75)U/L、(61.25±10.14)U/L]、AST[(58.26±10.42)U/L、(45.36±9.98)U/L]、PCT[(3.26±0.36)ng/L、(1.45±0.22)ng/L]、IL-1[(129.02±12.63)ng/L、(118.55±10.42)ng/L]、LPO[(9.79±1.76)mg/L、(15.44±2.54)mg/L] 水平低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:血必净治疗重度烧伤可有效减轻器官功能的损害，降低SIRS 的发生。
