Abstract:
Objective To investigate the clinical study of Xiaojin capsule combined with levothyroxine sodium tablets in the treatment of hashimoto' s thyroiditis. Methods Select 106 patients with hashimoto’s thyroiditis from August 2017 to January 2019 by digital meter method. They were randomly divided into two groups. Control group was applied levothyroxine sodium treatment and study group was applied Xiaojin capsule combined levothyroxine sodium treatment. The clinical efficacy of two groups, thyroid function and inflammatory response index were analyzed. Results The curative effect of the study group (50.9%) was higher than that of the control group (18.7%) (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between T3 (2.2±0.5nmol/L), T4(124.2±17.8nmol/L), FT3 (4.3±0.7pmol/L) and FT4 (14.4±2.9pmol/L) in the study group and the control group (P >0.05). TSH (1.8±0.2μIU/L) in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P <0.05).The thyroid antibody levels of TG-Ab (253.4±12.8IU/mL) and TPO-Ab (241.3±12.8IU/mL) in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). IL-8 (0.4±0.2ng/mL), IL-17 (7.4±2.1pg/mL)and APN (5.9±1.1ug/mL) in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05), while IL-10 (91.8±12.6pg/mL) in the study group was higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the study group (22.64%) and the control group(24.53%) (P >0.05). Conclusion The treatment of hashimoto’s thyroiditis with Xiaojin capsule combined with levothyroxine sodium tablets can effectively improve the thyroid antibody level ofpatients, regulate the balance of their own in?ammatory factors. It is highly safe and can be further promoted in the clinic.
