Nursing Report of Patients with Lower Extremity Venous Thrombosis Treated by Inferior Vena Cava Fliter Implantation and Thrombolysis

Abstract:
Objective To analyze the clinical effect and nursing of inferior vena cava filter combined with catheter directed thrombolysis in the treatment of deep vein thrombosis(DVT) of lower extremity. Methods The treatment and nursing of 60 patients with DVT in our department from September 2016 to September 2018 were analyzed retrospectively. 30 patients in the observation group were treated with inferior vena cava filter implantation combined with catheter directed thrombolysis, and 30 patients in the control group were treated with anticoagulant drugs. The difference of peripheral diameter of the lower limbs before treatment, 1 week after treatment and 2 weeks after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results All the 30 patients in the observation group had successful operation, rapid relief of lower limb symptoms and asymptomatic pulmonary embolism. In the control group, 28 patients were asymptomatic pulmonary embolism and had poor relief of limb swelling. The patients in the observation group were treated with inferior vena cava filter combined with thrombolysis have rapid relief of clinical symptoms. Conclusion Inferior vena cava filter placement combined with catheter thrombolysis has significant effect on the reduction of fatal pulmonary embolism, the rapid relief of lower extremity edema and the reduction of deep vein thrombosis syndrome. Clinical nursing is an effective guarantee of treatment safety.
