加味补中益气汤配合针刺治疗直肠前突术后的临床观察

摘要:

目的:观察加味补中益气汤配合针刺治疗直肠前突术后的中、远期疗效。方法:选取符合纳入标准的直肠前突患者120 例，随机分为治疗组和对照组各60 例。治疗组行经肛吻合器直肠切除术(STARR)术后联合加味补中益气汤及针刺治疗，对照组仅行STARR 术后单纯口服加味补中益气汤治疗，观察并比较两组术后3 个月及1 年的临床疗效。结果:治疗3 个月后，治疗组的总有效率为98.33%，高于对照组的88.33% ；1 年后治疗组的总有效率为98.33%，高于对照组的86.67%，差异均有统计学意义(P ＜ 0.05)。结论:加味补中益气汤配合针刺治疗用于直肠前突术后患者，远期效果显著。

Therapeutic Effect of Modified Bu Zhong Yi Qi Decoction Combined with Acupuncture after Rectocele Operation

Abstract:

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Modified Bu Zhong Yi Qi Decoction combined with acupuncture on promoting mid-term and long-term curative effect after rectocele operation. Methods 120 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 60 cases each. The treatment group received stapled transanal rectal resection(STARR) operation combined with Modified Bu Zhong Yi Qi Decoction and acupuncture, and the control group received STARR operation followed by oral Modified Bu Zhong Yi Qi Decoction, the effect was observed after 3 months and 1 year.
