Analysis of Coagulation Function ,CRP Changes and Risk Factors in Postoperative ICU PatientsComplicated with Venous Thromboembolism

Abstract:
Objective To observe the venous thromboembolism (VTE) in postoperative ICU patients, and to analyze the changes of coagulation function and C-reactive protein(CRP) and related risk factors. Methods A retrospective analysis of 180 patients who underwent surgery in the ICU department of our hospital from February of 2017 to February of 2019 was divided into a control group (140 patients) and a VTE group (40 patients).The coagulation function and CRP changes in each group were observed, and various risk factors of VTE were analyzed. Results The fibrinogen, D-dimer in the coagulation function and serum CRP of the VTE group were(5.52±0.38)g/L, (2.97±0.52)μg/L, and (87.48±11.76) mg/L were significantly higher than the control group (3.74±0.60)g/L,(0.43±0.46)μg/L, (32.46±9.78)mg/L(P <0.05); age, coagulation function related indicators and elevated CRP, surgery time, bedridden time , previous medical history and blood transfusion volume were independent risk factors for VTE in patients with postoperative ICU (P <0.05). Conclusion The fibrinogen, D-dimer and CRP in the serum of patients with postoperative ICU are significantly increased. The surgery time, bedridden time, past medical history and blood transfusion volume are independent risk factors. And give reasonable treatment measures to effectively prevent, early detection and treatment of postoperative ICU patients with VTE.
