Abstract:
Objective Based on the expression of MMP-3 and TIMP-1 in the venous ulcer of the lower extremity, to explore the therapeutic mechanism and target of Gongying Detoxification Lotion (GDL) in the treatment of venous ulcer of lower extremity. Methods In clinical studies, 75 patients with venous ulcer of lower limbs were selected. They were randomly divided into 3 groups: control group (n=25), Fufang Huangbai Liquid (FHL) group (n=25) and GDL group (n=25). On the 0, 7th, and 14th day, the blood of the dorsal vein of the foot was extracted and the expression of MMP-3 and TIMP-1 was detected by ELISA. The relevant experimental data were measured and the expression of hs-CRP was detected. Results On the 7th day of wound observation in the clinical study group, the detection results of hs-CRP and MMP-3 in serum showed that the expression of hs-CRP and MMP-3 in the three groups at the early stage of in.ammatory response increased, among which the expression of hs-CRP and MMP-3 in the control group was signi.cantly higher than that in the GDL group and the FHL group (P < 0.01), and the expression of hs-CRP and MMP-3 in the serum of the GDL group and the FHL group was also signi.cantly different (P < 0.05). On the 14th day of wound observation in the clinical study group, the expression of hs-CRP and MMP-3 in the serum of GDL group and FHL group was still significantly different from that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusions The balance regulation mechanism of MMP-3 and TIMP-1 was not only involved in the local inflammatory reaction of ulcer wound but also expressed in the stage of cell proliferation, differentiation and tissue reconstruction wound healing.
