Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of focus solution mode on relieving the pressure of caregivers for liver transplant recipients. Methods From February 2016 to February 2018 , 80 patients who were discharged from the hospital after liver transplantation and 80 primary caregivers were selected as subjects. They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method, 40 cases and 40 caregivers in each group. The patients in control group underwent routine post-discharge extended care, and the patients in experimental group used a focus solution mode of nursing intervention. The pressure levels of the caregivers and negative emotional changes before and after intervention were compared. Results After 2 months of intervention in the experimental group, the pressure of the caregiver was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically signi?cant (P < 0. 05). After 2 months of intervention in the experimental group, the SAS and SDS scores of the caregivers were lower than those of the control group, with signi?cant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion Focus resolution mode can be used to relieve the pressure level of caregivers and relieve anxiety and depression in liver care recipients, which is worth promoting.
