Abstract:
Objective To observe the effect of Yinhuang lotion combined with Diosmin on ecthyma in damp-heat type. Methods Fifty patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, n=25 in each group. The patients in control group were treated with conventional treatment and the patients in treatment group were treated with silver and yellow cleanser. The treatment course of both groups was 30 d, the clinical efficacy was observed, and the clinical symptoms and signs (pain degree, color, smell, exudation and size of wound), as well as the changes of relevant indicators of in?ammation (white blood cell value and hypersensitive C-reactive protein value) were compared. Results The clinical curative rate and total effective rate of the treatment group were 52 % and 96 %, and those of the control group were 24 % and 76 %. The difference of clinical curative effect between the two groups was statistically signi?cant, and the curative effect of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group (P<0.05). The size, color, smell and exudation of the wound were signi?cantly reduced in treatment and control groups after treatment, and the pain was signi?cantly reduced in the patients (P <0.05). The white blood cell value and hypersensitive C-reactive protein value of treatment and control groups were significantly decreased after treatment (P < 0 . 05 ), and the decrease was more obvious in treatment group than that in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Yinhuang lotion combined with Diosmin can signi?cantly improve the clinical symptoms and physical signs of patients, and signi?cantly reduce the laboratory indexes of patients.
