Abstract:
Objective To explore the clinical nursing measures of high ?ow humidi?cation oxygen therapy for secondary pulmonary interstitial fibrosis in sclerosing syndrome. Methods Retrospective analysis was performed on 39 patients with secondary pulmonary interstitial ?brosis due to scleroderma syndrome admitted and treated in our hospital from May 2010 to December 2017. Among them, 20 patients admitted and treated from May 2010 to September 2015 were given comprehensive treatment and nursing of conventional respiratory diseases, and 20 patients were set as the control group. From October 2015 to December 2017, 19 patients of observation group were given high-flow humidification oxygen therapy and nursing treatment on the basis of comprehensive treatment and nursing of conventional respiratory diseases. The improvement of respiratory frequency, arterial blood gas analysis and sputum viscosity in the two groups before, 24 h and 48 h after treatment was retrospectively analyzed. Results There were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in age, gender, course of disease and other general conditions (P < 0 . 05 ). There was no statistically signi?cant difference in respiratory frequency and arterial blood gas between the two groups before the treatment (P>0.05). There was no statistically signi?cant difference in respiratory frequency, pH, and PaCO2 between the two groups 24 h after the start of treatment (P>0.05), and there was statistically significant difference in PaO2 [(86.33±7.23) and (90.43±7.56)] (P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in respiratory frequency between the two groups 48 h after the start of treatment (P >0.05), and the differences in pH, PaO2 and PaCO2 were statistically signi?cant (P<0.05). The respiratory frequency, pH, PaCO2, and PaO2 between the two groups before, 24 h and 48 h after treatment in the control group were compared, and there were statistically signi?cant differences (P<0.05). The respiratory frequency, pH, PaCO2 and PaO2 of the observation group were compared before, 24 h and 48h after treatment, and there were statistically significant differences (P < 0. 01). There was no statistically significant difference in sputum viscosity between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05), and there was statistically signi?cant difference in sputum viscosity between the two groups after 24 h and 48 h of treatment (P < 0.01). Conclusion The efficacy of high flow humidification oxygen therapy combined with respiratory tract therapy for patients with sclerosing syndrome secondary pulmonary interstitial ?brosis is positive, and it is safe and reliable, worthy of promotion and application.
