Application Reasearch on Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Nursing in Acute Alcohol Intoxication

Abstract:
Objective To study the effects of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing in treatment of acute alcohol intoxication. Methods The patients ( 74 cases) suffered from acute alcohol intoxication were randomly divided into controll group ( 36 cases) and study group ( 38 cases), receiving routine method of nursing or integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing, respectively. Results The duration of consciousness recovery in study group was shortened significantly than that in control group (P<0.05). The overall ef?ciency rate was 83.3% in control group and 97.4% in study group, respectively. Conclution The method of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy and nursing can shorten the duration of consciousness recovery and symptoms vanished, and is beneficial for improving clinical ef?cacy.
