中西医结合护理治疗急性酒精中毒的应用研究

摘要:

目的：探讨中西医结合护理治疗用于急性酒精中毒的效果。方法：随机将 74 例患者分为常规护理治疗组（36 例）及中西医结合护理治疗组（38 例），常规护理治疗组实施急性酒精中毒护理常规，中西医结合护理治疗组实施中西医结合治疗急性酒精中毒治疗护理。结果：中西医结合护理治疗组中患者清醒时间及症状消失时间均显著短于常规护理组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。常规组患者总体有效率为 83.3%，而中西医结合护理治疗组总体有效率为 97.4%。结论：中西医结合护理治疗可缩短急性酒精中毒患者的清醒时间及症状消失时间，有利于提高临床疗效。

Abstract:

Objective To study the effects of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing in treatment of acute alcohol intoxication. Methods The patients ( 74 cases) suffered from acute alcohol intoxication were randomly divided into controll group ( 36 cases) and study group ( 38 cases), receiving routine method of nursing or integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing, respectively. Results The duration of consciousness recovery in study group was shortened significantly than that in control group (P<0.05). The overall ef?ciency rate was 83.3% in control group and 97.4% in study group, respectively. Conclution The method of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy and nursing can shorten the duration of consciousness recovery and symptoms vanished, and is beneficial for improving clinical ef?cacy.
