Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effect of quantitative exercise nursing on patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans (ASO). Methods A total of 61 patients with lower limb ASO who underwent routine nursing from August 2015 to August 2016 were selected as the control group. The 61 patients with lower limb ASO who underwent quantitative exercise nursing admitted to our hospital from September 2016 to September 2017 were selected as observation group. The functional rehabilitation of the two groups after nursing and the changes in daily living ability and quality of life before and after nursing were compared. Results The effective rate of functional rehabilitation in the observation group (91.80%) was better than that in the control group after 2 weeks of treatment (P<0.05). The daily living ability score (67.12±12.46) was higher after 2 weeks of nursing in the observation group. In the control group, the difference was statistically signi?cant (P<0.05); after 2 weeks of nursing, the physiological function (81.64±7.69), physiological function (78.44±6.31), emotional function (81.37±8.91), vitality points (86.72±8.93), physical pain (77.52±6.26), overall health (87.19±7.25), mental health (88.72±7.87), and social function (78.31±8.58) were all higher than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion Quantitative exercise nursing can effectively promote the rehabilitation of patients and improve their daily living ability and quality of life. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
