Clinical Observation on Application of Combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine Comfort Care in Thermotherapy Nursing of Malignant Tumor Patients

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effect of comfort care on hyperthermia cancer patients, and summarize the experience. Methods A total of 60 patients with late-stage malignant tumors were selected as research objects and were divided into conventional care group with 30 cases and comfort care group with 30 cases. The rate of hyperthermia tolerance, regulation of treatment temperature and adverse reactions of hyperthermia were compared, and the statistical analysis was performed. Results The temperature at 41 oC was the most comfortable for hyperthermia cancer patients. The tolerance rate of comfort care group was higher than that of conventional care group (P < 0 . 05 ). The adverse effects rate of comfort care group was significantly lower than that of conventional care group (P <0.05). Conclusion Comfortable care for hyperthermia cancer patients shows a good application effect and is bene?t to the patients to recover, so it deserves application and promotion in clinical work.
