Abstract:
Objective To study the effect of comprehensive moxibustion with fire dragon pot on the pain care of patients with acute pancreatitis, and to provide data support for the nursing plan of patients with acute pancreatitis. Methods From January 2024 to January 2025, 86 patients with acute pancreatitis in our hospital were selected, including the observation group (43 cases) and the control group (43 cases). The control group was given routine nursing measures, while the observation group was given comprehensive moxibustion with fire dragon pot on the basis of routine nursing. The pain score (NRS), pain relief time, gastrointestinal function recovery index, inflammatory factor level and total effective rate of nursing were compared between the two groups. Results The NRS scores of the observation group were (3.13±0.86), (2.06±0.63) and (1.24±0.42) respectively on the 3rd, 7th and 14th day after the intervention, which were significantly lower than those of the control group (4.57±0.93) and (3.29±0.76). The pain relief time in the observation group was (3.22±0.79)d, which was significantly shorter than that in the control group (5.69±1.06)d (P <0.05). The indexes of gastrointestinal function recovery in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P <0.05). After the intervention, the serum TNF-α and IL-6 levels in the observation group were (28.57±4.25)pg/mL and (67.69±9.06)pg/mL respectively, which were significantly lower than those in the control group (36.88±5.13)pg/mL and (47.36±6.22) pg/mL. The total effective rate of nursing in the observation group was 93.02%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (76.74%, P <0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive moxibustion with fire dragon cupping can effectively relieve the pain degree of patients with acute pancreatitis, shorten the pain duration, promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function, reduce inflammatory reaction and improve the nursing effect, which is worthy of clinical application.
