耳穴贴压联合耳尖放血在二氧化碳点阵激光治疗术后疼痛的应用效果

摘要:
目的:评估耳穴贴压联合耳尖放血在二氧化碳点阵激光治疗术后镇痛的临床应用效果。方法:选取80例接受二氧化碳点阵激光治疗的患者,分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例。对照组在治疗期间采用常规镇痛护理措施,观察组在常规护理措施上加用耳穴贴压联合耳尖放血疗法。观察两组患者术后不同时间点(2 h、6 h、12 h、24 h)视觉模拟疼痛评分(VAS)以及术后24 h的舒适度评分。结果:观察组术后2 h、6 h、12 h、24 h 的VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组的24 h舒适度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:二氧化碳点阵激光治疗术后联合耳穴贴压与耳尖放血能有效缓解疼痛,提高患者舒适度,值得在临床实践中推广使用。

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the efficacy of auricular point sticking combined with ear apex bloodletting in managing postoperative pain following carbon dioxide fractional laser therapy. Methods  80 patients who underwent carbon dioxide fractional laser treatment. They were divided into an observation group and a control group, with 40 cases in each. The control group received conventional analgesic care during the treatment period, while the observation group received additional auricular point sticking and ear apex bloodletting procedures on top of conventional care. Postoperative pain visual analogue scale (VAS) scores at various time points and physical comfort assessment data at 24 hours post-surgery were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at 2 h, 6 h, 12 h, and 24 h after surgery, with statistically significant differences (P <0.05). The 24 h comfort score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, with a statistically significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion The combination of auricular point sticking and ear apex bloodletting during carbon dioxide fractional laser therapy can effectively alleviate postoperative pain and improve patient comfort. This method is reliable and worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
