| 目的:研究通痹胶囊联合人工全膝关节置换术治疗膝关节骨关节炎的临床效果及对患者膝关节功能、血清酪氨酸蛋白激酶受体(AXL)、核心蛋白聚糖(Decorin)的影响。方法:选取本院2023年10月—2024年1月收治的102例膝关节骨关节炎患者，按随机数字表法随机分为人工全膝关节置换术组和通痹胶囊组两组，每组各51例。人工全膝关节置换术组给予人工全膝关节置换术治疗，通痹胶囊组在人工全膝关节置换术组处理基础上给予通痹胶囊治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的疗效、膝关节功能、血清AXL、Decorin水平，以及美国膝关节协会评分(AKS)、牛津膝关节评分(OKS)、中医临床证候积分。结果:治疗后，通痹胶囊组总有效率高于人工全膝关节置换术组(χ2=4.317，P<0.05)。治疗后，两组的美国特种外科医院膝关节评分(HSS)、膝关节评分表(KSS)、AKS评分升高，通痹胶囊组更高(P<0.05)。治疗后，两组的血清AXL、血清Decorin、OKS评分、中医临床证候积分均降低，通痹胶囊组更低(P<0.05)。结论:通痹胶囊联合人工全膝关节置换术治疗膝关节骨关节炎的效果较好。 |

| The effect of Tongbi capsule combined with total knee arthroplasty in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis and its impact on serum AXL and Decorin |

| Objective To investigate the healing effect of Tongbi capsule combined with artificial total knee arthroplasty on knee osteoarthritis, and its influences on knee joint function and serum AXL and Decorin. Methods A total of 102 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to our hospital from October 2023 to January 2024 were selected and divided into total knee arthroplasty group and Tongbi capsule group by the random number table method, with 51 cases in each group. Both groups were given conventional treatment first. The artificial total knee arthroplasty group was given artificial total knee arthroplasty, while the Tongbi capsule group was given Tongbi capsule on the top of the artificial total knee arthroplasty group. The healing effect, knee joint function, serum AXL, Decorin, American Knee Society score (AKS), Oxford Knee score (OKS), and TCM clinical syndrome score were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of Tongbi capsule group was higher (χ2=4.317, P <0.05). After treatment, the Hospital for Special Surgery Knee Score (HSS), Knee score (KSS), and AKS scores increased in both groups, with higher scores in the Tongbi capsule group (P <0.05). After treatment, the serum AXL, serum Decorin, OKS score, and TCM clinical syndrome score decreased in both groups, with lower scores in the Tongbi capsule group (P <0.05).Conclusion The combination of Tongbi capsules and artificial total knee arthroplasty has a better healing effect on knee osteoarthritis. |
