| 目的:评估经皮穴位电刺激(TEAS)双侧内关穴与足三里穴位对腹腔镜结肠手术患者术后恢复的干预效果。方法:回顾性分析2024年1月—12月我院收治的80例行腹腔镜结肠手术的患者,分为TEAS组和对照组,每组40例。TEAS组术前30 min及术后前3 d每天接受1次TEAS治疗。比较两组术后疼痛评分、术后恶心呕吐(PONV)发生率、胃肠功能恢复、睡眠质量和住院时间。结果:TEAS组的术后拔管时间[(36.8±12.5)min vs (43.5±14.2)min]与出院时间[(6.3±1.9)d vs (7.2±2.1)d]短于对照组。TEAS组患者的胃肠功能恢复情况明显优于对照组(P <0.05)。TEAS组术后24 h的VAS评分低于对照组(4.3±0.8 vs 4.8±1.0,P =0.02),术后2 d和3 d的PONV发生率低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:经皮穴位电刺激内关穴与足三里穴位可有效缓解患者腹腔镜结肠切除术后的疼痛程度及恶心呕吐发生率,并缩短患者的胃肠功能恢复时间和住院时间,且安全性良好。 |

| Objective To evaluate the interventional effects of transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation(TEAS) at bilateral Neiguan and Zusanli acupoints on postoperative recovery in patients undergoing laparoscopic colon surgery. Methods Eighty patients who underwent laparoscopic colon surgery from January 2024 to December 2024 were selected. The patients were divided into a TEAS group (n=40) and a control group (n=40). The TEAS group received TEAS treatment 30 minutes before surgery and once daily for the first three postoperative days. Postoperative pain scores, incidence of nausea and vomiting, gastrointestinal function recovery, sleep quality, and length of hospital stay were compared between the two groups. Results The TEAS group exhibited significantly shorter durations of postoperative mechanical ventilation [(36.8±12.5)min vs (43.5±14.2)min, P =0.048] and hospital stay [(6.3±1.9)d vs (7.2±2.1)d, P =0.03)] compared to the control group. Additionally, gastrointestinal function recovery was markedly better in the TEAS group (P <0.05). Furthermore, the TEAS group showed lower VAS pain scores at 24 hours postoperatively (4.3±0.8 vs 4.8±1.0, P =0.02) and a significantly reduced incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting (PONV) on 2 days to 3 days (P <0.05). Conclusion Electrical stimulation of the Neiguan and Zusanli acupoints effectively alleviates postoperative pain and reduces the incidence of nausea and vomiting following laparoscopic colon resection. It also shortens the time to gastrointestinal function recovery and the length of hospital stay, demonstrating a favorable safety profile. |
