Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effects of thunder fire moxibustion combined with bioelectrical stimulation on urination and urethral closure pressure in patients with postoperative urinary retention after cervical cancer (CCA). Methods A total of 102 patients with postoperative urinary retention of cervical cancer who were treated in our hospital from March 2020 to December 2021 were randomly separated into bioelectric stimulation group (n=51) and combined treatment group (n=51). The bioelectric stimulation group was treated with bioelectric stimulation, while the combined treatment group was treated with thunder fire moxibustion combined with bioelectric stimulation. The treatment for both teams lasted 14 d. To compare the effect of treatment, post-treatment voiding, bladder dynamics parameters and urodynamic parameters between both patient groups. Results After treatment, The combined treatment group had a higher overall effective rate of treatment (96.08%) than the bioelectric stimulation one (72.55%) (P<0.05), The percentage of patients in the combined treatment group who experienced dysuria, dyspareunia, and dysuria was less than that in the bioelectric stimulation group (P<0.05), Bladder dynamics parameters (bladder detrusor contractility, bladder compliance) and urethral closure pressure were significantly higher in patients in the combined treatment group than before treatment, and were significantly higher in the combined treatment group than in the bioelectrical stimulation group (P<0.05), There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Patients with postoperative urinary retention after cervical cancer were better treated with thunder fire moxibustion combined with bioelectrical stimulation, which can effectively improve the function of pelvic floor muscles, increase the pressure of urinary tract occlusion, and promote patients' recovery, It has certain clinical application value.
