Abstract:
Objective To study the clinical effect and safety of disposable domestic electronic ureteroscope combined with TCM acupoint application in patients with upper urinary calculi.. Methods The clinical data of 202 patients with upper urinary tract stones admitted to Beijing Luhe Hospital of Capital Medical University from April 2022 to September 2023 were reviewed. According to the different treatment methods, patients were divided into observation group and control group, 101 cases each, among which the control group only used disposable domestic flexible ureteroscope combined with holmium laser lithotripsy. The observation group were given TCM acupoint application on the Basis of the treatment methods of the control group. Operation time, postoperative residual stone rate and postoperative urinary tract infection rate, and visual analogue score (VAS), procalcitonin level (PCT), interleukin-6 (IL-6) and C reactive protein (CRP) levels were compared. Results Operation time was less in the observation group than in the control group, and it was statistically significant (P<0.05). The rate of postoperative residual stones and postoperative urinary tract infection in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference was significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of VAS, PCT, IL-6, and CRP in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the difference was significant (P <0.05).. Conclusion The application of domestic disposable electronic flexible ureteroscope combined with traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application is safe and easy to operate, which can shorten the operation time, improve the stone clearance rate, and reduce the postoperative pain and postoperative inflammatory reaction of patients, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
