Abstract:
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Xiaoyu zhitong plaster combined with joint cavity puncture on acute traumatic synovitis of knee joint. Methods A total of 102 patients with acute traumatic synovitis of knee joint were selected from our hospital. The control group was given joint cavity puncture treatment, and the observation group was given Xiaoyu Zhitong plaster on the basis of external application. Knee joint scale scores (Visual Analog Scale score, Lysholm score, WOMAC score), TCM syndrome scores, measurement indicators (knee joint circumference measurement, knee joint motion), musculoskeletal ultrasound indicators (knee joint synovial thickness and joint effusion depth) were observed before and after treatment in two groups. Joint fluid inflammatory factors (hypersensitive C-reactive protein, interleukin-1, interleukin-6). Results After treatment, the knee joint visual analog scale score, knee WOMAC score, TCM syndrome score, knee joint circumference, knee joint synovial thickness, joint effusion depth and joint fluid inflammatory factors were all lower than before treatment, while the knee joint Lysholm score and knee joint motion were all higher than before treatment (P < 0.05). The degree of decrease/increase in the observation group was better than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion External application of Xiaoyu Zhitong plaster combined with joint cavity puncture can reduce the thickness of synovial membrane and the depth of joint effusion in patients with acute traumatic synovitis of knee joint, improve the mobility of knee joint and reduce the expression level of inflammatory factors in joint fluid.
