Abstract:
Objective To investigate the anesthesia effect of ultrasound-guided fascial plane block combinedwith local infiltration anesthesia in patients undergoing day surgery in breast surgery. Methods From December 2019 to March 2022, 74 patients in breast surgery with day surgery were selected as the subjects, and they wererandomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 37 cases in each group. The control groupwas given local infiltration anesthesia, and the observation group was given ultrasound-guided fascia plane blockcombined with local infiltration anesthesia. The anesthesia effect of the patients was evaluated 24 hours after theoperation, and the visual analog pain (VAS) score, anesthetic dose, stress response and complication rate were compared between the two groups. Results The VAS scores of the two groups at 16 h and 24 h after operation were higher than those at 2 h after operation ( <0.05). The VAS scores of the observation group at 16 h and 24 hafter operation were lower than those of the control group (<0.05). The continuous time and dosage of local anes thetics were less than those in the control group ( <0.05); both groups were accompanied by different degrees ofstress after 24 hours of anesthesia. The levels of MDA and AOPP in the observation group were higher than thosein the control group ( <0.05). SOD and GSH-Px were lower than the control group (<0.05). There were no statis原 tical differences in the incidences of respiratory depression, chills, muscle pain at the injection site, nausea andvomiting and hypotension between the two groups during anesthesia ( >0.05). Conclusion Ultrasound-guidedfascial plane block combined with local infiltration anesthesia in breast surgery patients can reduce postoperativepain, reduce stress response, reduce the dose of anesthetics, and does not increase the incidence of complications. It is worth promoting the application.
