Establishment of diagnostic criteria the syndrome of spleen-stomach qi deficiency and qi stagnation for postoperative by Delphi method

Abstract:
Objective Based on Delphi method, to establish the diagnostic criteria of the syndrome of spleen-stomach qi deficiency and qi stagnation for postoperative. Methods According to the results of previous literature research and retrospective analysis, a pool of diagnostic criteria items was formed. Delphi method was used to carry out expert questionnaire survey. According to the results of the questionnaire, each diagnostic index was divided into primary and secondary symptoms, and the diagnostic criteria for candidate syndromes were formed. After four expert consultations, the diagnostic criteria of the syndrome of spleen-stomach qi deficiency and qi stagnation for postoperative were finally formed. Results A total of 25 experts participated in the Delphi survey. The syndrome diagnosis indicators of the two rounds of questionnaire survey were screened by using indicators such as expert opinion concentration, coefficient of variation, weight coefficient, etc., and 14 diagnostic indicators were obtained. After the combination of the same kind, two main symptoms of systemic symptoms were obtained: fatigued spirit and lack of strength, and five secondary symptoms were obtained: pale tongue, feeble?pulse. weak pulse, Qi?shortness?and?talking laziness. There are two main symptoms of gastrointestinal tract symptoms: no exhaust after operation, abdominal distension, and five secondary symptoms: no postoperative defecation, abnormal bowel sounds, nausea, vomiting, and abdominal pain. The diagnostic criteria with high recognition of experts are: main and secondary symptoms of systemic symptoms, main and secondary symptoms of gastrointestinal symptoms, with more than 1 item for each classification. Conclusion Through the Delphi expert consensus, the diagnostic criteria of the syndrome of spleen-stomach qi deficiency and qi stagnation for postoperative have basically been formed, with high authority and good coordination.
