Study on improvement effects of fumigation and washing of Xiaozhi Formula combined with Taining Suppository on wound healing and pain of patients with hemorrhagic internal hemorrhoids after RPH

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the improvement effects of fumigation and washing of Xiaozhi Formula combined with Taining Suppository on the wound healing and pain of patients with hemorrhagic internal hemorrhoids after RPH. Methods A total of 120 patients with hemorrhagic internal hemorrhoids admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were regarded as the research objects. They were grouped into two groups according to the random number table. The control group (n=60) was given Taining Suppository, and the study group (n=60) was given fumigation and ashing of Xiaozhi Formula on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effect, symptom score, pain degree, hemorrhoid hemorrhage score, hemorrhoid mucosa score and wound healing time of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the study group (90.0%, 54/60) was higher than that of the control group (75.0%, 45/60) (P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of urinary retention, anal distention, bloody stool and anal incontinence symptoms of the two groups were obviously lower than those before treatment. The scores of urinary retention, anal distention, bloody stool and anal incontinence in the study group were obviously lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, VAS score in both groups were obviously lower than those before treatment, and the VAS score of the study group was obviously lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of hemorrhoid hemorrhage and hemorrhoid mucosa in the two groups were obviously lower than those before treatment (P<0.05). The scores of hemorrhoid hemorrhage and hemorrhoid mucosa in the study group were obviously lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The wound healing time of the study group was obviously shorter than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Fumigation and washing of Xiaozhi Formula combined with Taining Suppository can improve the clinical symptoms, shorten the wound healing time, relieve the pain and improve the hematochezia in patients with internal hemorrhoids after RPH. The treatment effect is remarkable.
