Abstract:
Objective To establish a scientific laboratory gastrointestinal motility evaluation criteria of postoperative period. Methods With literature search, Delphi method, clinical and laboratory evaluation methods this thesis aims to establish a “Laboratory Gastrointestinal Motility Evaluation Criteria of Postoperative Period”. Results The results of literature research show that the main laboratory tests of gastrointestinal function recovery in perioperative period are electrogram, antroduodenojejunal manometry, gastric impedance measurement, gastric impedance, gastric emptying test, etc. The laboratory inspection indexes include motilin, ghrelin, gastrin, VIP, NO and etc. Delphi method research results show that after 5 rounds of national expert questionnaire consultation, the final draft of “Laboratory Gastrointestinal Motility Evaluation Criteria of Postoperative Period” was formed. Laboratory indicators include excitatory gastrointestinal hormones motilin and ghrelin; inhibitory gastrointestinal hormones include VIP and NO; postoperative stress-reaction indicators include CRH and NE; postoperative inflammation indicators include IL-4, IL-6, TNF-α. “Laboratory Gastrointestinal Motility Evaluation Criteria of Postoperative Period” was issued by Guangdong Administration for Market Regulation in July 2021 (http://amr.gd.gov.cn/zwgk/tzgg/content/post_3345204.html). Conclusion It is a new laboratory evaluation criteria of postoperative based on literature research, Delphi method and clinical research after the “Postoperative clinical evaluation criteria for gastrointestinal motility”, which is a tool and reference for evaluation, research and rehabilitation of gastrointestinal motility after perioperative period.
