Abstract:
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Qingre Lidan tablets combined with biliary metal stents in the treatment of malignant obstructive jaundice. Methods A retrospective study was conducted on 110 patients with advanced malignant tumors complicated with obstructive jaundice diagnosed by pathology or imaging in our hospital from October 2019 to October 2023. They were divided into a treatment group (59 cases treated with Qingre Lidan tablets+biliary metal stent implantation) and a control group (51 cases treated with biliary metal stent implantation) according to different treatment methods. Compare the bilirubin levels and biliary patency rate between two groups at 1, 3, 6, and 9 months after surgery. Results There was no statistically significant difference in bilirubin levels between the two groups before surgery and 1 and 3 months after biliary stent implantation. At 6 and 9 months after surgery, the bilirubin levels in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in biliary patency rate between the two groups at 1 and 3 months after surgery. At 6 and 9 months after surgery, the patency rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The combination of Qingre Lidan tablets and biliary metal stents can significantly improve the postoperative patency rate and maintain longer patency time in the treatment of malignant obstructive jaundice after biliary stent implantation. Qingre Lidan tablets can be used as an adjuvant medication for patients after biliary metal stent surgery and are worthy of clinical promotion and application.
