Influence of internet combine continuous nursing on patients with stress urinary incontinence

Abstract:
Objective To observe the application effect of Internet combine continuous pelvic floor rehabilitation nursing on patients with stress incontinence based on the integrated platform of clinical research. Methods A prospective cohort study method was used. 200 SUI patients who visited and participated in the treatment in the Pelvic Health and Rehabilitation Center of the People's Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the research cohort. With "continuous pelvic floor rehabilitation nursing" as the exposure factor, 121 cases in the experimental group and 79 cases in the control group were divided according to whether they received continuous nursing intervention. The experimental group used the Internet-based continuous pelvic floor rehabilitation nursing platform to carry out continuous nursing intervention for patients after discharge, while the control group took the form of telephone for regular follow-up, filled in the questionnaire data, and compared the pelvic floor muscle training compliance rate, pelvic floor muscle training self-efficacy score (BPM-SES), and urinary incontinence questionnaire short form (ICI-Q-SF) score of the two groups before intervention, 1 month and 3 months after intervention. Results the compliance rate of the experimental group after 1 month and 3 months of intervention was higher than that of the control group (P<0.01). The pelvic floor muscle training self-efficacy scores of the two groups before the intervention, 1 month and 3 months after the intervention were statistically significant (P<0.01). After the intervention for 1 month and 3 months, the pelvic floor muscle training self-efficacy scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.01). The ICI-Q-SF scores of the two groups before intervention, 1 month and 3 months after intervention were statistically significant (P<0.01), and the ICI-Q-SF scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group after intervention for 1 month and 3 months (P<0.01). Conclusion The continuous pelvic floor rehabilitation nursing platform based on the Internet has a good application effect on the home rehabilitation of patients with stress urinary incontinence, which can improve the patients' pelvic floor muscle training compliance and pelvic floor muscle training self-efficacy, improve the symptoms of urinary incontinence, and is worthy of popularization and application.
