Abstract:
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of ShengYang lifting trap acupuncture combined with Salman advanced exercise in the treatment separation of rectus abdominis. Methods A total of 112 patients with postpartum rectus abdominis separation in Hebei tangshan maternal and child health, hospital were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group, 56 patients in each group according to the random number table method. Patients in the control group were given advanced Salman exercise, and patients in the observation group were given ShengYang lifting trap acupuncture on the basic of the control group. The clinical efficacy of the two groups before and after treatment, including abdominal circumference, separation distance of the upper umbilical rectus abdominis and separation distance of the lower umbilical rectus abdominis were observed. Pelvic organ prolapse, fibromuscular voltage of pelvic floor muscle category I and II, Visual Analogue Score (VAS) and SF-36 score of lower back pain. Results After treatment, rate of the total effective was 94.64%higher than that of control group 82.14%, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The abdominal circumference, superior umbilical rectus abdominis separation distance, inferior umbilical rectus abdominis separation distanc , VAS score and pelvic organ prolapse of 2 groups were lower than before treatment, and observation group was lower than control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The fibromuscle voltage value of class Ⅰ pelvic floor muscle, the fibromuscle voltage value of class Ⅱ pelvic floor muscle and SF-36 score of 2 groups were increased compared with before treatment, and the observation group was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion ShengYang lifting trap acupuncture combined with Salman advanced exercise is effective in the treatment of separation of rectus abdominis.
