Effect of arterial No.Ⅲ on angiogenesis of lower limbs in rat ischemia

Abstract:
Objective To observe the effect of arterial No. III on ischemic lower limbs in rats. Methods Seventy-two male SD rats were selected to ligate the left lower limb femoral artery and its branches under anesthesia, and the femoral artery was cut off to make a model of lower limb ischemia. The successful models were randomly divided into model group, arterial No. III. high, medium and low dose groups, granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (rhG-CSF) group, and sham surgery group (exposing the femoral artery after anesthesia), with 12 animals in each group. The temperature difference of both lower limbs of rats in each group was measured and compared, the proportion of CD34-positive cells in peripheral blood was detected and compared, and the wound healing of the left lower limb and the number of gastrocnemius muscle capillaries were observed and compared.. Results Compared with the model group, the arterial No. III.prescription dosing group and rhG-CSF group could reduce the temperature difference of the lower limbs (P<0.05), increase the proportion of CD34-positive cells, increase the number of microvessels of the gastrocnemius muscle (P<0.05), and promote wound healing.Conclusion Arterial No. III can increase the proportion of CD34-positive cells in peripheral blood of rats and promote angiogenesis in ischemic tissues.
