Visual analysis of knowledge graph of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of acute pancreatitis

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the research trend and current status of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of acute pancreatitis, in order to provide reference for future research. Methods CiteSpace data analysis software was used to analyze and display the articles on the treatment of acute pancreatitis by traditional Chinese medicine from January 1, 2000 to December 31, 2022 in CNKI and PubMed databases. Results After screening, 1293 articles were included from CNKI and 169 articles were included in PubMed. On the whole, the annual number of articles first increases and then decreases.The “Xia, Qing” team of West China Hospital of Sichuan University has the most publications and less cross-regional cooperation. Keyword analysis showed that the research focus in this field is “Qingyidecoction”, “rhubarb”, “nursing”, “Dachengqi decoction” and “Chaiqin Chengqi decoction”. Conclusion At present, the research on the treatment of acute pancreatitis by traditional Chinese medicine is mainly in China, the annual number of publications is declining, the cooperation between cross-regional teams and institutions is small, and the research on the mechanism of action of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of acute pancreatitis is not perfect. Future research hotspots may be “Dachaihu decoction”,“Inflammatory Factors” and “Chaiqin Chengqi decoction”.
