Abstract:
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Fuzheng Heying Formula in the treatment of severe diabetic foot ulcer complicated with malnutrition. Methods From June 2022 to January 2023, 73 patients with severe Diabetic foot ulcer and malnutrition in our hospital were randomly divided into 36 cases in the test group and 37 cases in the control group. The test group applied Fuzheng Heying Formula on the basis of routine treatment and the control group applied compound amino acid capsule on the basis of routine treatment. The course of treatment was 28 days. The total effective rate of wound healing, TCM symptom score, control of nutritional status score, periwound nursing field and wound granulation type Ⅰ and Ⅲ collagen were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of wound healing in the test group was 97.22%, which was higher than that of the control group at 75.68% (P < 0.05). The test group was more significant (P < 0.05) than the control group in reducing the TCM symptom score and improving the control nutritional status score; The efficiency of periwound field formation in the test group was 88.89 %, which was higher than that of the control group at 67.57% (P < 0.05), and the test group was better than the control group in reducing the skin colour, swelling potential, temperature and pain score on the Sipan of the wound (P < 0.05); The test group significantly promoted the expression of type Ⅰ and Ⅲ collagen compared to the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The treatment of severe diabetic foot ulcer complicated with malnutrition with Fuzheng Heying Formula can not only improve the patient's nutritional status and alleviate the deficiency of both qi and blood, but also promote the formation of periwound protective field, improve the state of wound granulation tissue and promote wound healing, and no significant adverse events have been observed, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
