Abstract:
Objective To observe the clinical effects of imbedding needle combined with auricular point pressure for the treatment of preoperative depression and anxiety of laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC). Methods 64 patients who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy with preoperative anxiety and depression status admitted to our hospital were selected from October 2022 to December 2022. 64 patients were divided into imbedding needle combined with auricular point pressure group, imbedding needle group using random number table method, 32 cases in each group. On the basis of conventional treatments, for participants in the imbedding needle combined with auricular point pressure group, practiced imbedding needle therapy was exerted at Neiguan, Shenmen, Sanyinjiao and Taichong. These acupoints were pressed three times a day, 1 min at each point each time, consecutively for 7 days. Besides, auricular point pressure magnetic beads were selected for endocrinology, heart, liver and Shenmen, pressed 4-5 times a day, 15 s at each point, twice a week with 72 h retaining time for one week. In the imbedding needle group received the same imbedding needle treatment, consecutively for 7 days. The score of self-rating anxiety scale (SAS), the score of self-rating depression scale (SDS) and the score of Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI) before and after treatment were observed in the two groups, and the clinical efficacy for SDS scores and SAS scores in the two groups were evaluated. Results Compared with before treatment, the SAS scores, the SDS scores and PSQI scores of the two groups after treatment significantly decreased, and the imbedding needle combined with auricular point pressure group was significantly lower than the other group (P<0.05). The total effective rates for improving SAS scores and SDS scores in the imbedding needle combined with auricular point pressure group were 90.6%(29/32)and 78.1%(25/32)respectively, and which were higher than 68.8%(22/32)and 53.1%(17/32)respectively in the imbedding needle group. The difference of SAS and SDS had statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Imbedding needle combined with auricular point pressure can effectively relieve the conditions of preoperative anxiety and depression, improve the quality of sleep for patients of LC, and the therapeutic effect of the imbedding needle combined with auricular point pressure treatment is better than the imbedding needle alone.
