目的 研究中药穴位贴敷在气虚型粘连性肠梗阻手术患者中的效果评价以及护理满意度评价。方法:选取2019年1月1日—2020年12月31日在我院收治的粘连性肠梗阻手术患者275例，按照随机数字表法分为中药贴敷组和常规护理组。其中中药贴敷组给予中药穴位贴敷疗法并联合常规术后护理，常规护理组给予常规术后护理，评价患者术后肺部感染、切口感染、粘连性肠梗阻、肠瘘、腹腔感染等并发症发生率的差异，以及患者对于护理满意度的差异。结果:中药贴敷组患者术后并发症发生率明显低于常规护理组患者(2.11% vs 16.67%, P= 0.007)；中药贴敷组患者首次下床时间(1.73±0.51 vs 2.43±1.04，P=0.034)及住院时间(7.34±1.13 vs 9.26±2.24, P=0.041)均较常规护理组显著缩短。中药贴敷组患者总体满意度显著高于常规护理组(93.68% vs 75.56%, P=0.018)。结论:针对气虚型肠梗阻患者的病情实际情况，在中药穴位贴敷疗法联合特色护理，能够帮助促进患者肠胃正常生理功能的恢复，降低相关并发症的发生率，提升患者的护理满意度，提高患者的手术效果，有望预防气虚型粘连性肠梗阻手术患者术后并发症的发生，同时提升护理满意度，具有应用价值。
Effectiveness of acupoint application of Chinese medicine combined with comfort nursing in patients with adhesive intestinal obstruction

Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the effect of acupoint application therapy with Chinese medicine combined with comfortable nursing care in patients undergoing surgery for adhesive intestinal obstruction and evaluate the degree of nursing satisfaction. Methods A total of 275 patients with adhesive intestinal obstruction were included in the study and retrospectively analyzed. Patients in the Chinese medicine acupoint application therapy group were treated with Chinese medicine acupoint application therapy with routine nursing care, while those in the nursing care group were treated with Chinese medicine acupoint application therapy with comfort nursing care. The differences in the incidence of complications such as postoperative pulmonary infection, incision infection, adhesive intestinal obstruction, flaccidity, and abdominal infection as well as the patients' satisfaction with nursing care were evaluated. Results The incidence of postoperative complications in the nursing care group was significantly lower than that in the Chinese medicine acupoint application therapy group (2.11% vs.16.67%, P= 0.007)；). The first time out of bed (1.73 ± 0.51 vs. 2.43 ± 1.04, P = 0.034) and hospital stay (7.34 ± 1.13 vs. 9.26 ± 2.24, P = 0.041) in the nursing care group were significantly shorter than those in the control group. The satisfaction degree of patients in the nursing care group was significantly higher than that in the Chinese medicine acupoint application therapy group (93.68% vs. 75.56%, P = 0.018). Conclusion According to the actual situation of patients with intestinal obstruction, comfortable nursing care was carried out on the basis of traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application therapy with conventional nursing measures, which could help to promote the recovery of normal physiological function of patients' intestines and stomach, reduce the incidence of related complications, improve patients' satisfaction with nursing care and surgical effect of patients. The implementation of comfortable nursing mode is expected to prevent postoperative complications of patients with adhesive intestinal obstruction and improve nursing satisfaction, with application value.
