Abstract:
Objective To explore the risk factors, pathogenesis and treatment of acute colonic pseudo obstruction after cesarean section. Methods The data of 11 patients with acute colonic pseudo obstruction after cesarean section in Nankai hospital from December 2018 to July 2022 were selected as the observation group, and the data of 55 patients without intestinal obstruction after cesarean section in the same period were randomly selected as the control group. The data of the two groups were compared, and the risk factors of acute colonic pseudo obstruction after cesarean section were analyzed by univariate and multivariate statistical methods. Results Compared with the patients in the control group, the patients in the observation group had a higher incidence of abdominal and pelvic surgery history, twin pregnancy, and with anemia, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Binary logistic regression analysis showed that the history of pelvic and abdominal surgery and with anemia were risk factors for intestinal obstruction after cesarean section (P<0.05). Conclusion In clinical practice, attention should be paid to the puerpera after cesarean section with a history of abdominal and pelvic surgery, twin pregnancy and anemia, so as to prevent acute colonic pseudo obstruction as soon as possible and treat timely.
