目的 评价耳穴贴压对腹腔镜肝胆手术患者术后疼痛的干预效果。方法:采用便利抽样方法，根据研究标准选取2021年9月—11月在天津市某三级甲等医院拟行腹腔镜肝胆手术的患者90例，对照组实施常规护理，干预组在常规护理的基础上采用耳穴贴压干预。评价两组研究对象术后疼痛情况包括术后疼痛VAS评分、止痛药物使用人数。结果:共有85例患者(对照组43例，干预组42例)完成了该研究。干预组在术后6、12、24、48及72 h的疼痛VAS得分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；干预组术后使用止痛药物比例低于对照组(20.93% vs 35.71%)，差异有统计学意义(=117.47，P＜0.05)。结论:耳穴贴压可以有效缓解腹腔镜肝胆手术患者的术后疼痛。
Effect of auricular acupoint sticking on postoperative pain in patients undergoing laparoscopic hepatobiliary surgery

Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the effect of auricular point sticking on postoperative pain in patients undergoing laparoscopic hepatobiliary surgery. Methods A convenient sampling method was used to select 90 patients who planned to undergo laparoscopic hepatobiliary surgery in a third-class A hospital in Tianjin from September to November 2021 as the research objects according to the research standards. The control group was given routine nursing, and the intervention group was given auricular acupoint sticking intervention on the basis of routine nursing. Postoperative pain conditions of the two groups were evaluated, including postoperative pain VAS score, drug consumption of self-controlled intravenous analgesia pump, and the number of users of analgesic drug. Results A total of 85 patients (43 in the control group and 42 in the intervention group) completed the study. The pain scores of the two groups at 6 h, 12 h, 24 h, 48 h and 72 h after surgery were lower in the intervention group than in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). The number of analgesic drug users after surgery was lower in the intervention group than in the control group(20.93% vs 35.71%), and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Auricular point sticking can effectively relieve postoperative pain in patients undergoing laparoscopic hepatobiliary surgery.
