Abstract:
Objective To investigate whether the ncRNAs-mediated expression of Obg-like ATPase1 (OLA1) gene correlates with clinical signi.cance and molecular mechanism in hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods The Oncomine and TCGA database were used to analyze the expression of OLA1 gene in HCC. The GEPIA and Kaplan-Meier Plotter databases were used to analyze the relationship between OLA1 gene and clinicopathological features and prognosis of hepatocellular carcinoma. The starBase database was used to predict and screen the upstream miRNA of OLA1 gene and analyze the expression level of miRNA (miR-144-3p) in hepatocellular carcinoma. Upstream lncRNAs of miRNA (miR-144-3p) were predicted, using StarBase and GEPIA databases. Results OLA1 mRNA was highly expressed in hepatocellular carcinoma tissues. Statistical analysis showed that the expression of OLA1 was negatively correlated with the overall survival of hepatocellular carcinoma (P<0.01).
