Clinical observation of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of tumor stage plasma cell mastitis with liver stagnation and stomach heat syndrome

Abstract:
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Shugan Sanjie Decoction combined with Landgale Breast Therapy Apparatus and antibiotics in treating plasma cell mastitis with liver stagnation and stomach heat syndrome in acute mass stage. Methods A total of 41 patients with liver stagnation and stomach heat syndrome in acute mass stage of plasma cell mastitis were selected, and the patients were divided into a treatment group of 21 cases and a control group of 20 cases according to the random number table method. The control group was treated with Landgale Breast Therapy Apparatus for 4 weeks, antibiotics were intravenously infused for 2 weeks, and oral administration was given for 2 weeks; the treatment group was treated with Shugan Sanjie Decoction orally for 4 weeks on the basis of the control group. Observation of symptoms and signs (tumor size, pain, skin color, skin temperature), TCM efficacy judgment (TCM clinical efficacy, TCM symptom and sign score), laboratory indicators (WBC, CRP, IL-6, ESR, HBP, PRL), anxiety and depression scores. Results Symptoms and signs indicators, clinical efficacy judgment of traditional Chinese medicine, scores of symptoms and signs of traditional Chinese medicine, laboratory indicators and anxiety and depression scores in the treatment group were significantly improved (P<0.05). All indexes except WBC were better than those in the control group (P<0.05), and there were no adverse events in the two groups. Conclusion Shugan Sanjie Decoction combined with antibiotics and Landgale Breast Therapy Apparatus can effectively improve the Symptoms and signs of patients with plasma cell mastitis, improve the symptoms and signs of TCM, and relieve anxiety
