Application of ankle peri nerve block anesthesia combined with nose ring drain in debridement of diabetic foot

Abstract:
Objective To study the application and effect of perineal block anesthesia combined with nose ring drain in debridement of diabetic foot. Methods 104 DF patients were admitted to our hospital. A prospective cohort study was used to obtain 53 patients in the conventional debridement group (GG) and 51 patients in the minimally invasive debridement group (MG). The differences in the distribution of diabetic foot types between the two groups were compared. The differences between the two groups in the occurrence of large and small amputations were observed. The number of nodes in the two groups varied in the area of ulcer, the amount of wound exudation, and the VAS pain score. Differences in psychological scale scores. The levels of fasting blood glucose control, leukocyte count (WBC), C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) and tumor necrosis factorα(TNF-α) were compared between the two groups in different time. Results There were no significant differences in the distribution of diabetic foot types between the two groups, including and blood loss(P>0.05). The incidence of major amputation in G G group w as s ignifi cantly higher than that in M G group ( P<0.05), but t h e r e wa s n o si g n i fic a nt d i f f e r e n c e b e t we e n t h e t wo g r o u p s ( P> 0 . 0 5 ) ; Ov e r t i m e , MG g r o u p wa s si g n i fic a nt l y better than GG group in wound exudation, VAS pain score and psychological scale score (P<0.05); There was no significant difference in fasting blood glucose level, WBC level and hs-CRP level between the two groups (P>0.05), but the level of TNF-α in MG group was significantly lower than that in GG group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of perineural nerve block anesthesia for debridement of diabetic foot infection is effective. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
