Observation on clinical effect of Yu scald oil on patients with low simple anal fistula after high frequency electrotome

Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of Healing Scald Oil on wound healing after low simple anal fistula operation with high frequency electric knife. Methods Sixty patients with low simple anal fistula who underwent surgical treatment in the Department of Anorectal Surgery, Beijing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected and divided into treatment group and control group according to the random number table method, 30 cases in each group. Treatment group more scald oil dressing, control group sterile vaseline gauze dressing. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, postoperative wound pain, exudate, granulation morphology were observed. The wound healing rate was calculated at 7 d and 4 d after treatment, and the wound healing time was counted. Vancouver scar scale (VSS) was used to compare the recovery of wound scar between the two groups at 3 and 6 months after operation. Results After treatment, the wound pain[treatment group(2.75±0.84)points vs( 6 . 13 ±1 . 09 ) points, control group( 3 . 39 ±1 . 01 )points vs ( 6 . 26 ±1 . 19 ) points], exudation [treatment group( 2 . 75 ±0 . 84 ) points vs ( 6 . 13 ±1 . 09 ) points, control group( 3 . 39 ±1 . 01 ) points vs (6.26 ±1.19) points]and granulation morphology[treatment group(2.75±0.84) points vs (6.13 ± 1.09) points, control group(3.39±1.01) points vs (6.26±1.19) points] of the two groups were lower than those before treatment (P<0.05). The wound pain[(2.75±0.84) points vs (3.39±1.01) points], exudation [(1.48±0.39) points vs (3.11±0.33) points] and granulation morphology [(1.40±0.39) points vs (3.55± 0.32)points] of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). The wound healing rate[(17.17±2.40)% vs (13.77±2.37)%, (48.45±4.25)% vs (42.42±2.56)%] of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group at 7 d and 14 d after treatment (P<0.05). The wound healing time of the treatment group[(27.87±3.08) d vs (33.03±3.32) d] was shorter than that of the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the treatment group was93.33%, which was higher than that of the control group73.33%, and the difference was statistically signi.cant (P<0.05). The total score of VSS in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group at 3 and 6 months after operation [(3.91±0.38)points vs (6.89±0.39)points, (2.07±0.44) points vs (4.74±0.45) points, P<0.05]. Conclusion Healing scald oil transport for low simple anal .stula postoperative effect is remarkable, can promote the relevant clinical symptoms subsided, shorten the wound healing time, inhibit scar hyperplasia, improve the quality of life of patients.
