Clinical effect of Xianfang Huomingyin decoction on postoperative wound of perianal abscess with damp-heat toxin accumulation syndrome

Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of Xianfang Huomingyin plus or minus prescriptions for oral administration and topical application of Shire Duyun Type anal carbuncle in wound healing after anal carbuncle. Methods Ninety six cases of postoperative patients with low perianal abscess admitted to our hospital from September 2019 to March 2021 were selected, were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 48 cases in each group. The control group received conventional treatment and warm water fumigation, surgical dressing.The treatment group received conventional treatment and Xianfang Huomingyin for oral administration, fumigation and surgical dressing.The wound area was recorded at each visit point, wound exudation, pain, granulation, and time of inflammation subsidence between the two groups were recorded, and the wound healing rate and wound healing time of the two groups were compared. Results The inflammation subsided time in the treatment group was (6.67±1.69) days, and the wound healing time was (22.11±3.87) days; in the control group, the inflammation subsided time was (8.75±2.06) days, and the wound healing time was (26.55±3.93) days. There was statistical significance (P<0.01). Oral administration of Xianfang Huomingying Decoction and external application of fendi can reduce wound margin edema, postoperative wound pain, and wound inflammatory exudation, and the difference in scores between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion In the treatment group, the edema at the wound edge subsided quickly, the exudation was reduced, the pain was relieved, the anal function recovered quickly, and the wound healing time was short after the oral administration of Xianfang Huomingyin and external washing.
