Abstract:
Objective To investigate the influence of Yuhong ointment on injury and repair elements in 2-stage pressure ulcer rats. Methods Ten of 40 rats were randomly selected as the blank group, and the other rats were used to construct stage 2 pressure ulcer models by magnet tablet method, which were randomly divided intonormal group, Yuhong ointment group and positive control group. The pathological changes of wound skin were deceted by HE and Masson. IL-1α and TNF-α were deceted by ELISA. Myogenin, MYHC and CD31 protein levels were detected by Western blotting. Results Yuhong ointment could significantly inhibit IL-1α, TNF-α in pressure ulcer model and promote the expression of myogenin, MyHC and CD31 proteins to slow down the inflammatory response and restore skin ulcers. Conclusion Yuhong ointment has therapeutic effect on 2-stage pressure ulcer model rats by inhibiting inflammatory factors, promoting muscle cell proliferation and
